Cancellation

You may cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services ( Bank transaction fees, always will be non refundable) . In case cancellation or changing of the trip, is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following change/cancellation rules will be applied-


  • Multi Days Trip is cancelled within 24 hours, will attract the 25% of trip cost or 1 Day trip cost ( whichever is higher ) , will be payable by end user or booker.
  • Multi Days Trip is cancelled during the journey will attract the 100% cancellation charge of the total trip cost.
  • Local Trip/Airport Transfer is cancelled within 24 hours or before 4 hours, will attract the 25% of trip cost will be payable by end user or booker.
  • Oneway Trip is cancelled during the journey or within 4 hours of the reporting time, will attract the 100 % of the total trip cost.
  • Local Trip/Airport Transfer is cancelled within 24 hours or before 4 hours, will attract the 25% of trip/transfer cost.
  • If guest is no-show or cancels the trip within 4 hours of the reporting time, then the amount submitted to us as a advance will not be refunded.

Refund

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at cs@northcar.ca or call us at +91 9489769511 during the business hours.

*** all type of cabs / tours are not eligible to get 100% refund, speak with our executive to know about the cancellation policy for the same.
